ProGame has successfully completed another important milestone in the development of its business: the local production of Shock Pads has officially started at Polifoam in Hungary.

The project began with the relocation of a cutting machine from Trocellen’s site in Troisdorf, Germany, to Polifoam in Hungary. Following the dismantling, transportation and installation of the equipment, dedicated teams from both locations worked closely together to ensure a smooth transition and prepare the site for production.

Building on Polifoam’s extensive expertise in foam production and converting processes, local teams underwent comprehensive training and testing phases to familiarize themselves with the new equipment, production processes and product requirements. The resulting product quality was jointly validated by Polifoam and ProGame’s Quality teams in Germany, confirming that the high standards associated with ProGame are consistently maintained.

The successful start of production represents a significant step in strengthening ProGame’s European manufacturing network. By producing Shock Pad rolls in Hungary, ProGame is now better positioned to serve customers in Eastern Europe through shorter transport routes, reduced lead times, and increased operational flexibility.

The project has been a true example of international collaboration, bringing together colleagues from multiple locations and functions. From planning and logistics to installation, training, quality validation, and production ramp-up, teams worked hand in hand to make the transition a success.

The first ProGame Shock Pad rolls produced in Hungary are being delivered to customers, marking the successful completion of this important project phase and opening a new chapter for ProGame’s continued growth across Europe.

Ready to roll. Ready for the future.
